I had used this company probably about eight years ago before a party when a rat died above our kitchen and was creating a smell just before we started a major remodel project. They did a great job eliminating the smell and our guests never knew we had a problem. Our crawl space and soffitts are now sealed to prevent this from happening again.
This summer we had a wasp problem entering a small vent hole next to a window. The service representative had to come out three times to eliminate the problem. The third time he had to treat the attic. No additional charge for the return trips even though I paid the less expensive price for a wall service versus an attic service.
Overall quick service, friendly people at a fair price.
