Review content:
I received estimates from about 7 roof companies, including Alpine Roof Care. Alpine was very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and they promptly came to our house and provided a fair and reasonable estimate to have the cedar shake roof cleaned, repaired and sealed. There were some scheduling difficulties (due to October being the busiest time of the season) which caused a few minor delays at first, but the roofing crew worked with efficiency and diligence and we were not inconvenienced in any way.
Once the roofers had completed the repairs (replacing shingles,ridge caps, etc), we found some areas that needed additional attention. Alpine
acknowledged our concerns and promptly dispatched the roofers to return and resolve the issue (s) to our satisfaction. The office staff and roofing crew conducted business with professional conduct, excellent customer service, great communication and an over-all job well done. Special acknowledgement goes out to the owner - Danielle. She went that extra mile to meet our needs and ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results. Thanks Alpine! :)
