Review content:
If you like sushi or Japanese food, you must try Minado. This place is unbelievable. I think they charge $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner to indulge yourself in their all-you-can-eat wonderland of food. I'm not joking, this place is huge, like a small Japanese palace and has like 100 different dishes to try.
The sushi stations are set in the middle of the buffet, so you can watch chefs prepare the delicious salmon roll you're about to eat. Everything is so fresh and never sloppy or just thrown together like some buffet places. You can start with miso soup and dumplings, head to the hibachi grill for some shrimp skewers, try 30 different kinds of sushi and sashimi and top it all off with some green tea ice cream. In addition to the endless supply of food, they have an extensive drink list that features saki and plum wines.
I've seen many a birthday party celebrated here while I was dining and they also have a banquet room that can hold several hundred guests. Sometimes it can get a little crowded, but the food is fantastic. If you're a sushi lover, you've got to try Minado.
