The Island of Treasure Island, is a mere two miles long and only a couple of blocks wide. It is surrounded on all sides by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Would you walk a mile for a special treat? The historic Village of Johns Pass awaits you. This turn-of-the-century dock and boardwalk, with its rustic wood and tin-roofed shacks, house a variety of specialty shops, seafood restaurants, and casual grazing. Here the catch of the day may be just minutes old. And a pelican waits on every dock for the one that got away! There is also para sailing, jet ski's and all types of boat trips. The public transport trollies run up and down the beach. Treat yourself to a day at the historic turn-of-the-century Don Ce Sar Resort and Spa. Pamper yourself with a massage or an exquisite dinner, and keep your eyes open for visiting celebrities! Nearby is Fort de Soto Wildlife Preserve. Rated one of the Top Ten Beaches in the world, it's just around the corner! You are invited to barbecue, cycle, rollerblade, fish, or picnic.
