Our experience with Solar Realty is limited to one home purchase. An agent of Solar Realty from the Merritt Island, FL office was the sales agent. I will never deal with Solar Realty again whether buying or selling a home. I must admit that the seller was particularly difficult, which placed Solar Realty’s sales agent in a difficult position. However, I was unimpressed with the way the entire transaction was conducted. In particular, I felt there was a terrible lack of communication and response when things were channeled through Solar Realty. We continually had to meet face-to-face with the seller (from prior to contract through the closing) to properly communicate our concerns. I did not feel they earned their commission and will never deal with them again.
