The doctor that I saw and the nurses are nice, but the office won’t work with you. I attempted to order the IUD back in July. They gave me the paperwork, and I was supposed to fill it out and fax it in to the IUD company. This was one of the biggest headaches! I called my insurance company to find out what to I needed to do for it to be covered, they told me that it was strange that I had to order it myself. I called the IUD company to get my insurance info to them, because we don't just have a few hundred lying around to pay out of pocket. I called the office again in the end of August to check in and see if they got it, I figured they would have received it by then. They never got it in! I talked to the nurse, and then called my insurance to see how to submit the claim and was told that my reimbursement check would be sent to my doctor’s office. With the amount of money that the IUD costs, I'd rather the check come to me. BEWARE! This office doesn't’t keep the IUD’s (and who knows what else) on hand, and they don’t order the IUD’s for you. Unless you have super patience, I would find someone else! I did and was able to get the IUD headache-free!
