Let's face it, as a homeowner, one of the dreaded expenses is septic service. Add to this the fact that many consumers don't maintain enough knowledge about the industry to know if they're receiving honest service. As a particular consumer I want to share that our family unit is pleased with CUZ. From the point of call to schedule service, to the arrival of service technician, to bill payment: I was treated with respect and given the appropriate amount of information. Our septic alarm was going off. After a very disappointing run around from another firm, CUZ handled the challenge promptly. Same day service! The charges were reasonable. The service dispatcher was knowledgeable and friendly. The technician was friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with this company and will utilize them again!
