The most dependable, make you feel safe to travel company.
Yes I'm talking about any AAA. (American Automobile Association)
There are many great reasons to get AAA. Of course everyone knows of the roadside assistance... You break down in your vehicle or any vehicle if you are a member- Call them and they come and help-- FIx a flat, Give a tow, Fill it up.
I have used AAA to make all the arrangements of my last trip. They can book hotels, airlines, car rentals.... and the price is right- They even come close to a cheaptickets type of website.
Being a member of AAA- gives you the ability to buy discount tickets:
Car Washes
Movie Tickets
Local Attractions...
You can go online or call and give your trip destination and you get a Trip Tik- this is a personalized trip route.. The usually lists construction zones and ways around them, the quickest way, and things along the way to your destination.
AAA also has campground guides for all 50 states and Canada... We camp each year at least 2 or 3 times- We have tried out new campsites and got the guides from AAA.
You can get FREE Travelers Checks if you're a member- My bank charges for these-
I'd say one of my favorite things about the website is:
Fuel Price FInder--- In this day and age with gas prices so high-- its nice to have the option to put in your zip code and get the cheapest gas stations in your area. I also use it to put in my destination and other key cities along the way to figure ou what the price of gas is in that state. This helps you figure out the cost of your trip--- Fill-Ups... What a great service!
If you travel alot--- or even if you don't but want to feel safe when on the road to work or school-- AAA is a great investment. There are 3 plans in my area--- the lowest if $48/year... The best is $110/year...
Its certainly worth it!
