Writing.Com [ http://www.Writing.Com/ ] has been hosting our servers with INetU [ http://www.INetU.net/ ] since we opened our site in 2000. Over the past six years, INetU has provided us with nothing but the best service. Simply, we could have ever hoped for more from a web hosting facility!
The staff at INetU is entirely professional and courteous. From sales to billing to support and engineer, their personel provides timely responses to any problem or question we've ever had. They are terrific in each emergency we've had, including hard drive and other hardware failures within our server equipment, as well as upgrade problems that we've created for ourselves from time to time.
INetU's network infrastructure is also highly impressive, as one would expect from their web host. With major T3 bandwidth pipes to 3 major backbone providers, in our time there, we've experienced no network downtime. Their network centers also feature state-of-the-art security equipment and are setup to handle any emergency situation. Mulitple diesel backup generators and server-safe fire supression systems are just a taste of what they can boast about.
In short, when you have to look for a web hosting facility, it may help to know that posting this review is just a small "thank you" to them for the wonderful support they have shown us over the years.
