Target has all your Halloween supplies at very reasonable prices. The have in stock baby outfits for Halloween, socks for all ages, kids t-shirts for Halloween are only 5 bucks and the big sacks of candy are 2/7.00 and that's the name brand candy.
They also have costumes, accessories to create your own costume, face paints,fake nails, and fake teeth. It can all be gotten here at Target for a reasonable price and beat the crowds of those large discount stores the day before Halloween.
