Avoid this place at all costs!! The inept staff is rude and you will be paying a small fortune each time your pet needs to go there. You will be paying a LOT because someone has to support their salaries and huge overhead costs. They have a small tribe of about 30 staff, often bumbling and rude. Example: our dogs were going to a dog daycare session elsewhere and Olathe was supposed to fax over their vaccination records. Olathe RECKLESSLY provided WRONG vaccination dates to the daycare facility. One of the shots they claimed had expired was in fact one that they themselves had given just recently. The manager is always making excuses for staff attitude and mistakes, probably because the manager hired and trained them. If you can't trust a vet to provide ACCURATE information, crucial to the health of your pets, then how can you trust them with their safe care?
