I was inspired to write this review by two things-the lack of restaurant reviews in Hull, MA and the presence in this town of a truly superior dining establishment. It may seem a bit surprising to find a top notch restaurant on an old fashioned beach boardwalk, but there it is. Bridgemans offers American Haute Cuisine with European influences and flourishes which are the creations of Chef Paul Wahlburg. I have visited several times and have discovered something new to appreciate on each occassion. If you are in the market for a first class dining experience, this one will not disappoint. Try anything prepared on their indoor wood grill and ask for the lobster risotto, whether or not you see it on the menu!
