You need to check out your local "Dollar General" store for some great buys for Halloween. If you are looking for candy, handouts, or decorations, you will find it all here. The prices are pretty good at Dollar General too.
I have found some really good little "toy" type items at good prices to give to the Trick or Treaters. You can also purchase Halloween theme pencils here that make really good Treats.
