Rad is hands down one of my favorite thrift stores. They have all kinds of stuff to look at and they get seasonal items right before whatever holiday it is.
Last year for Halloween I was able to buy a muscle Power Ranger Dino Thunder costume WITH the mask for around 8 dollars, for my oldest son. He was so happy with it and it was in pretty good condition. I was surprised to see that the plastic mask was still with it because most costumes that you find at a thrift store do not have the mask.
Buying Halloween costumes at Rad is also a good time to stock up on dress up clothes. I have bought other Power Ranger outfits (no masks) for as low as 95 cents! They still use them and get lots of fun out of them.
Not only have I gotten Halloween Costumes, I've also gotten Halloween decorations! A lot of them they put in clear bags and mark them a certain price. I went on a Saturday when they were having discounts on the listed tagged price, and walked away with a witch flying on a broom, fake cobwebs, NEW in bag goody bag fillers for my son's class AND MORE! I know that I'll definitely be going to Rad again this year for some of my Halloween needs.
