I try to stop into East Tennessee Florist Cake and Candy Supplies every month or so just to see what's new. It's a full florist with great arrangements for every occasion and they can custom design arrangements. In addition to real flowers, the store also sells nice silk arrangements and real and silk plants. The shop has a lot of cake decorating supplies and the town's largest assortment of cake toppers. These aren't just for weddings, but for 25th and 50th anniversary cakes. They carry the complete Wilton line. They also have a small selection of nice gifts, like Teddy Bears and other items that might be used in a floral arrangement. It's located downtown, so if you work during the day, your best bet is to go on Saturday.
