Review content:
This is a good basic health club. there's a nice selection of cardio machines and a smaller selection of weight machines and free weights. The cardio machines have tvs mounted which have cable. All you need to do is provide the headphones
The locker romes are ok, with a small sauna and a fairly large whirlpool. I'm assuming the women's locker room has the same stuff as the men's.
They have a walking track, which is nice, as is the basketball gym.
They have pretty long hours, too, 5am - 10pm during weekdays and 7am to 8 pm on weekends. They close at noon on holidays, though.
Better yet, the membership for residents is around $300 a year and not that much higher for non-residents.
I can recommend them as a good, cost-effective health club.
