I have used them a few times. Sometimes they are good. I once sent in a very expensive jacket they said they had to send out to be cleaned. It would take 6 weeks the girl said. I am very forgetful, especially being pregnant, so she said they would call when the jacket came in. They never called and I completely forgot about the jacket. They call 3 months later to tell me they are going to sell it! I went and picked it up and asked why they never called. He said he had new help and they didn't know. Well, that helped me alot.
