Review content:
This Holiday Inn is located in the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. The main lobby is part of the original Pennsylvania Station. What should be a grand hotel in Chattanooga is sadly looking very worn down. The hotel offers rooms in some of the train cars, which is fun and novel, but the remainder of the rooms are in an unattractive building out back. This hotel could offer so much more and really needs to be renovated and brought to life.
Other things to do on the grounds include checking out the trains, visiting the gift shops, dinner on a dining car and eating in some of their other restaurants. Aside from the diner car, the restaurants also need a lot of work.
Hopefully the area will be taken care of and improved in the future.
