Review content:
We took our RV into PV on 6/21/06 for work on our passenger side window and awning. We also had other work done. It was an insurance situation, which I realize can take a little longer. The servie person that was helping us told my husband that because it was insurance, he could get alot more stuff done because you could charge the ins. co. for it. We were called to finally pick it up on the 29th of July. The rig was driven to us, my husband got in to drive it away, and noticed that now the driver side window had a huge crack in it. The guy that drove it had to have seen it and tried to pass it off! Then the sevice guy said our ins. would take care of it!!! We told him that our ins. had nothing to do with it. They finally called us to pick it up on the 5th of August. There is a sign that says they will clean any vehicle they kept over 2 weeks. I guess that didn't include keeping for the whole summer, because I had to ask them to at least clean the windsheild so my husband could see to drive, and maybe they could also fill the tire with air. We are certain they stole our heavy duty batteries, because we couldn't start it without jumping it. The batteries that were in there were not even the right kind of battery for an RV.
There is soooo much more that happened, but I have already gone on toooo long.
Bottom line: SERVICE TERRIBLE, ATTITUDES GLIB, AND THEY ARE THIEVES. tHEY STOLE AN ENTIRE SUMMER FROM US. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
