I would like to ask WHO you guy deal with when going to this place??
Because we deal with I THINK the owner and he is nothing but down right RUDE and does NOT Have people skills at all. The woman that is there is very nice and friendly, but forget the other person. I think his name is steve.
I called there one time looking for some information about a title for a bigger
commercial vehicle, and he HUNG UP ON ME! then he proceeded to tell my husband to NOT HAVE ME CALL THERE BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO WAIT ON HIS CUSTOMERS!!! am I NOT a customer????? This place NEEDS to be shut down. I have seen a lot of other people have the same problem, but I am glad that you have been happy with the place.
