I thought this would be a good place to go as I have heard great things about them but I was not so happy. They dont make appointments which is horrible for those of us with children. I went in for an oil change and because I drive a SUV they told me that they had to charge me extra for the extra quart of oil. So I am thinking okay a extra $2. The total of the oil change was going to be $35.99 thank goodness for coupons. I had one for $14.99. I told that to the man and he just huffed like I was a horrible person to use a coupon. Then when it was all done. All I had to get was an oil change it was an hour later. I know an oil change at home doesnt even take that long. Then when I went to pay I had bought an air filter and some gas tank stuff and the man says okay $76.43 and I said how is that? The air filter is $15.00 and the gas stuff was $3.99 and the oil change is only supposed to be $14.99 and he was like no it is more than that I said no I have a coupon and he was like oh yeah. So then he gave me the right amount. Like I shouldnt have argued with him about it. But I dont know anyone who is rich enough not to care!!! I wont be going back there for an oil change.
