Review content:
I gave them the 10 dollars to put my account on hold on Aug. 29th; however, they could not put my account on hold until OCTOBER. They said that I needed 30 days notice; however, when asked if it was in my contract, it WAS NOT. They said there was nothing they could do for me. So basically, they took my 10 dollars and then could not put my account on hold immediately and so then I was charged another months fees.
