My daughter, who grew up in Odessa moved to upstate New York with her husband who is in the Army, in December 2006. The first time they were able to visit was in July and before even going home they had to stop by Rosa's and had to eat there several times a week while visiting! They missed the good Mexican food. Our office orders lunch from there at least once a week and they are great at getting the orders right and the food is Consistently good!
