They arrived on time and very efficiently replaced about 25 feet of plastic PVC that broke during the freeze. This repair took 1 1/2 hour to complete and the total charge was $563.23. After I paid and they had left, I noticed that my bill was not itemized. The next day I called and asked for an Itemized bill. The lady said she would sent it to me immediately. That was 4 days ago and no bill. If 20 feet of PVC cost $63.23, then the hourly rate was $333.33 per Hour!
