Businiess name:  Gold Touch

Review content:
My matron of honor bought a lot for my wedding and did a lot for me when we were preparing for it, so I wanted to give her a special gift to thank her. Since her husband and sons had recently started a charm bracelet for her, I decided to give her a special gold charm. After looking around Lakeshore Mall http://www.lakeshoremall.com/shop/lakeshore.nsf a couple of times, I felt Gold Touch, a kiosk near The Sports Fan, which is between Beall's and Kmart, had the best selection. The person who worked there at that time was very helpful. I wanted to see charms from several different display cases and she waited on me very patiently until I had decided on the charm I wanted to buy. I was very happy with shopping experience there. About two months ago, I was once again in the mall and stopped to look at Gold Touch. The young man working there was reading a paperback book and, although I spent about 10 minutes looking at all the jewelry, he never even acknowledged me. Since I didn't find anything to buy, I did not try to get his attention, but I do like sales people to smile and ask if I need help when I first arrive at their counter. Gold Touch still sells lots of charms, along with bracelets, neck chains and earrings. I also noticed that they now sell body jewelry, for anyone who might be interested in that.
