Review content:
We had quite a few out-of-town guests come to our wedding so we needed to find a hotel that would accommodate them. Inn on the Lakes was very happy to do this. They gave our wedding group a special, reduced rate that beat all the other hotels in town.
Even the parking lot, with its old oak trees and beautiful flowers, is pretty. On U.S. 27, the front of the hotel faces Lake Jackson while the back of the hotel is on Little Lake Jackson. All rooms overlook either the lake, the courtyard or are in the tower.
Inn on the Lakes goes the extra mile with amenities like free use of the fitness room and having irons, ironing boards, coffee machines and hair dryers in every room.
I wanted to bake cookies and special breads and leave them in my guests' rooms before they checked in as a gesture to thank them for attending my wedding. Inn on the Lakes was very willing to help me with this. After I baked and made up the plates of goodies, I dropped them off at the front desk and the hotel then placed them in each guest's room. I really appreciated them allowing me to do this and for helping me with it.
This may be why Inn on the Lakes is always busy.
