Review content:
When visiting Chicago recently I rented a car from ACE and I was very pleased with it. The PT Cruiser was new and sparkling clean. It handled well and it turned out to be quite comfortable. The price was definitely right - $74 for three days, including all taxes and fees. When heading out, the agent gave me excellent directions to my destination, including tips on what lane to stay in for the tolls. What he neglected to tell me nearly got me in trouble though. When returning the car I had to take the toll road again. The exit by the airport has no attendant on duty, just a self-serve, exact change booth. Needless to say, I did not have exact change. I had to jump out of the car there in the middle of the toll road, blocking the traffic, and beg the people in the car behind to break a dollar bill for me. Luckily they were nice, but... Please, please - do tell people that they need to have change for their return trip!
