I am the office manager for Master Air and I checked on the above comment from Candi, as in everything there are two sides to every story! What Candi failed to say was that Master Air told her that she had a cracked heat exchanger and needed a new unit because of the poor condition of her old unit. A cracked heat exchanger emits C02 and there is not a "temporary fix" for a cracked heat exchanger! As far as the price difference, I would like to know what the other company was trying to sell her. Master Air only sells "Top of the Line" equipment! You get what you pay for!!
