Review content:
North End Tavern is not only in a convenient location on Emerson Avenue (as the name implies - on the North End of Parkersburg), it has ample parking space, and is within walking distance for many establishments for lunch-time dining. The customer must be prepared for a highly WVU saturated environment as the tavern is very supportive of the team. They have their own micro-brewery, but most importantly the BEST hamburger in town! If you are one to shy away from the bar atmosphere, you can call in an order and pick it up. The hamburgers are the best (according to me), but all of the food is delicious. When ordering the burger be sure to ask for it with Everything. If you have a tummy that isn't too tolerant of "spicy", you may want to take an antacid prior to eating it - but you will be so happy you did!
