Review content:
I have been with Nationwide Insurance company for nearly ten years or more. Nancy Wise-Miller agency has been the best insurance agent I could have found.
I used a comparison chart online and found that my insurance was already the best I could have gotten. I really was not surprised. The experience with the staff at Nationwide has always been a positive one.
At one point I changed my policy online at the Nationwide site and within twenty four hours Nancy's staff contacted me to make sure I was pleased with the current rate and plan that I had. I was surprised at this, no other insurance company has done this. My home insurance is with another company I am already happy with but I have to admit they are not as diligent as Nationwide.
As an added bonus each year when anyone in my household has a birthday we receive a birthday card and a coupon for a free sundae or a treat somewhere here in our town.
Feeling like a person instead of a policy number makes a big difference to me. You could not ask for more from this agency.
