Review content:
Don Pablo's serves up the Americanized Mexican food that I love. They start you off with complimentary fresh tortilla chips and salsa.(both made on the premises; this is their version of a breadbasket) The portions are huge. The prices are fair. If you don't drink, you can leave for under $10 before taxes and tips. A party of four could leave for $30 if each member had a small appetite. (Alas, I do not.) Look in your mailbox, I received a coupon for $5 off a $15 purchase, which made for a great meal deal.
I recommend the Conquistador platter. It could serve as an appetizer for a whole group, or as a meal to share between two. It is about $10.
In particular, I like the flautas, chimichangas (fried chicken in a tortilla), and tamales. The arroz aka rice is very good too. Parking is convenient, and this place will provide you with the nourishment to shop till you drop at Eastgate Square or the Moorestown Mall in Moorestown/Mount Laurel. Don Pablo's is located in front of Loehmann's. The atmosphere here is a bit different from the average chain. (Yes this is a chain.) It's like a warehouse with decorations that remind me of a Kmart. Liquor is served. The dining room is not that big, but there's enough room for a party.
