My parents used Dick Morris Service Co. when I was younger and were always pleased. Dick is now retired and his son, Scott, runs the business. I have had Scott work on my washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Each time I've called for service, Scott has been able to come that day. He does give you a time range of when he will arrive, but he actually shows up in the range....many others show up well past the time they promised. Scott always gives me a general idea of the cost of the repair and I've always been very happy. He is a quick worker, cleans up when he is done, and is very personable. When Scott happens to be out of town, his dad comes out of retirement. I have compared Scott's prices to what my neighbor's have paid and I feel like I am getting excellent service for a very reasonable price!
