Earlier I posted a review of a Sam's Club in the St. Louis area that I went to where I didn't like the service. (See that review here: http://www.judysbook.com/members/MelindaB/posts/2006/9/452485/ ) I also didn't find a particular item that I knew I have always found at this location in Oakville. Both are about the same distance from my house.
If you aren't familiar with Sam's, you should be. It is wonderful for when you need to purchase large amounts of something for say -- a Labor Day cook-out. I was looking for a specific type of drink for my cook-out, and I knew I would be able to find it at this location. And I was correct. At this Sam's Club location not only do I typically find all of the items I am looking for and more, I have found that the employees here seem just a little more concerned with the customers.
I have always found this Sam's location well stocked, the store clean, and the employees helpful. Good customer relations goes a long way in my book. This is my Sam's location of choice, and I will for sure do more of my bulk shopping here from now on.
