Top Nails is located just off of Interstate 45 in the shopping center behind Chili's. The inside is clean and sanitary. They have four pedicure massage chairs. You can choose to either get a regular spa pedicure or a spa pedicure with wraps. Either one is totally relaxing and worth every penny. The technicians do a great job of making sure that they are not huring you. Magazines are available to occupy your time during your pedicure. My French tips looked fabulous when the technician was done!
