Anticipating the gentrification of Ballard? The members of their overworked staff seems to know what they're doing, unlike some large chains where those who have the knowledge are far removed from those who do the work. Their recipes are slightly superior to those of most other thin crust pizza establishments and the prices justifiably higher. Drinks also aren't limited to those found at every other pizza restaurant. The remodel of the interior has a definite slightly-upscale personal touch but it's a safe bet that most of their revenue comes from take-outs and catering.
