I ordered 6 custom-made barongs from Barong and Formal in Carson. Not only were they a month late in delivering them, but when we went to pick them up, they switched the designs on two of them, and only 1 really fit correctly. The owner apparently had taken our measurements to the Philippines and had then made there, which would be fine except that he the tailors there use different measurements! He also asked them to add several inches to all the lengths. Again, this would be OK if he agreed to fix them once they came back to the US. However, after a long, heated debate with him he did not agree to do so, and we ended up paying an extra $34 on top of the $650 we already paid upfront. On top of all this, the store seemed very disorganized. They did not keep good records of our order; they did not write down any agreements. The owner was not friendly and not customer-oriented. We will never do business there again and would not recommend this place to anyone!
