When we decided to move to Mansfield, we wanted to buy a house and have it when we moved there.
We searched the web and found a few realtors in Mansfield who we contacted and discussed our need and wants in regards to houses.
We had set up a few weekends where we came into town and would look at some properties. We worked with a few realtors before we got to Haring. We had some experiences with some of the realtors that we will not go into which is why we ended up with Haring Realtors.
From the first email to Haring, we received excellent customer service. The realtor discussed our needs, what WE wanted in pricing and location. She set up dates, and faxed us copies of properties that she would suggest we look at when we arrived, as they fit into the size, style, pricing and locations we desired. She would set appointments for our time spent in town and we never had to worry about what we would see or if we would see any properties at all. All the arrangements would be made. That is how a real estate sales person is SUPPOSED to conduct business.
We spent a few weekends with this realtor, looking at properties that did fill the requirements we wanted. We did find a house, and we made a bid that was accepted. The real estate person made sure all the paperwork was in order, advised us when she felt it was necessary, and worked with us to the closing to prove a pleasant and easy home buying experience.
I would recommend the folks at Haring Realtors for their professional service, knowledgeable sales people and their first class customer service experience. It was a pleasure to buy a home with them.
