Review content:
I took my 15 year old son in for a consult at the Covina office and the "salesperson" was rude, angry and would not answer a single question. He made me feel ignorant for asking simple questions before handing over the $4000-$8500 for treatments. I have never been so angry or treated so badly by someone who I thought was supposed to provide information. Apparently asking questions like; how many treatments are normally provided, how long is a session, what happens in a normal session, what is the success rate, can we see some before and after pictures....cause for you to get yelled at. The man became angry with me and even told me if I can't afford it I should just leave. It seemed as though he took one look at me and made the decision I was not worth the time to explain. I asked for another representative and one of the front desk staff came in and calmed me down and helped to answer my questions. She even went on to say that the prior consultant had been with the company for 15 years However, based upon my initial treatment, I would never trust a physician that would employ someone like the first consultant. I was shaken, and I am not someone who gets upset easily. Even my 15 year old son knew the difference between customer service and what we dealt with. Needless to say, we won't be going back. There are just too many well educated Dermatologists out there that can provide this service to deal with a place such as this.
