bought my car from this dealership back in April of 2008. When I got it everyone was so helpful and nice. I feel I got a good deal. I bought my car with 36,000 miles although it looked as if it had zero miles! At around 41,000 miles I went back to this dealer to get my first oil change and to check on a squeak in my engine bay. Charlie, the Service Manager, advised me that the squeak was just a worn Timing Belt that needed to be replaced. I thought it would be worse and considering my car is a Mercedes, I thought it would be very expensive. Turns out that I didn't need a new belt. It just had dust on it. Charlie could have charged me a lot of money but instead they only charged me for the oil change. Charlie did advise me that I will need to change that belt in another 6000 miles or so. I really appreciate the honesty and courteous service I received from this dealer. This is the dealer to go to if you want a good fair deal as well as honest and reliable service. Julio A.
