Businiess name:  Domino's Pizza
Review by:  Diana G.
Review content:
I was planning to write a good review of Domino's Pizza in Claremore, OK. We had ordered from them before, for my son's graduation party, and were very pleased. Planning my son's 19th birthday party was going to have to be an exercise in organization and delegation. I was working 13 hrs a day and didn't have time to accomplish much myself, I ordered the pizza the morning of the party. Had someone to pick up the cake and ice cream and someone to pick up the pizza. Everything went wrong. I had arranged to leave work early. My car wouldn't start. The person who was going to pick up the pizza had to drive to Tulsa to pick me up. I found someone else to pick up the pizza. When they arrived at Domino's, the person at the counter said they had no record of the order (and it was now thirty minutes before the party to begin). After confirming that they were at the correct store and yes, the person who had taken my order did work there but had left for the day, we re-ordered the pizza. Since it would take longer to make pizza with the regular crust, I agreed to thin crust. The pizza was finally ready, but then the counter person said they cut one of the pizza's wrong. I said I didn't CARE. Just get the pizza and get home - of course all these conversations were over my cell phone. I guess because the pizza was thin crust, it was barely warm when it got to the house. They did offer to take $5 off, but my son who was picking it up replied because it was there fault they ought to take off at least $10, they did, but not too nicely. I would have given Domino's one star but because of the previous good service I received, I will put my irritation aside and try to be fair.
