i have called this company two days in a row. three or four times each day to set up a day for them to come out and see what is the matter with my satellite. the lady who answer the phone keeps telling i will give them the message.well no one as called me as of today 8/30/2006.last time i called 8/29/2006.i asked the lady why have they not called me she said in a sort of nasty way i told you i will give him the message. i told her if they did not want to work on my satellite let me know if not i will try to find some else. she said thats fine . i do not know what kind of business they are running but it sound like they want to work on customers they choose. they should have told me they are not interested in doing my work.instead of wasting three days of my time.i could have found someone else.i do not know if this warrants you attention.i wish something could be done.ignore this statement joseph parise 8/30/2006 the man was out of town. please disregard this whole statement.
