Flora Dora I, located at 503 Amsterdam Ave NE, is a great florist. They are nice and very knowledgeable about everything they carry. If you go inside, they don't rush you. But they can help you if you let them. Browsing is permitted, and it's encouraged. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to someone, and they were wonderful. The quality of the flowers were great, and I thought the price was outstanding. The recipient was very happy, and she even said they were the prettiest she had gotten. I recommend them.
