After touring the facility I would never board my dog there. The staff could not answer simple questions like "Is there an isolation room for a sick dog" They seemed to just skirt around questions. Also, now that the open house is over they will not let your tour at all! I would not take my children to a preschool without seeing where they will be and we are suppossed to be comfortable with leaving our furry family member in their care and they won't show us where they sleep. Sure, you can peek in a window from the lobby to see one kennel, the "special" bedroom like kennel but that is not the kennel. Also, dogs are never taken out to see the light of day. I know my dog would not eliminate indoors and that would stress her. Dogs can get ill from stress. Just not a comfortable set up. I looks great on the outside, but as in real life, it's whats on the inside that counts and so far that remains a mystrey.
