I walked in to get an eye exam and a pair of glasses, I specifically asked if there were any 'coupons' or special offers that are available that would save me some $ . I was told there weren't any. I went home and found a coupon in the paper for $100 off the price that I had just paid, I drove back with the coupon and asked them to apply it to the purchase, they got just plain nasty about it and it took about two hours of arguing to get them to finally agree to adjust the price. The glasses took about a week and a half longer than the one week delivery that I was promised, they are 'ok' but nothing special...Since then, I get an eye exam - ask for a copy of the prescription and order glasses online from Zinnioptical.com - try it and save yourself some money, Pearle Vision in my opinion offers nothing than some cranky salespeople who seem like they would rather be elsewhere.
