The first time I went to Benno, I thought it was unusual because all the customers seemed to know each other. I later realized this wasn't the case. Rather, the stylists there are so warm and genunine, that an atmosphere of "family" has crept in, and you can't help but join in the chorus of light banter. With Marco at the helm, customers are matched up with a stylist not only by hair style specialty, but by personality as well. By your 3rd or 4th time, not only will you know each of the stylists by first name (and they'll know you!!), but you may find yourself lingering behind after your appointment as you become engaged in conversation with another customer. Benno is a truly welcome and refreshing change from both the up-tight atmospheres of the new Salon/Spas, as well as the "drive-thru" haircut chains that seem to be our only choice in affordability anymore. Besides being friendly, every style, every foil and every up-do I've ever received from them have been better than anyplace I've ever frequented (including the most expensive salons!) Rounding it all out, they're even affordable!!! Now, THAT'S even more amazing!!!!! Love you guys!!! Hope you read this! Megan
