I have never had a problem with any of the staff or neighbors here. I don't really ask a lot of the staff, so I guess I'm not sure how quickly they respond or fix things. However, when I did have questions, the landlord would always get back to me within a couple of days. They were very flexible when I wanted to sign a six-month lease instead of a year lease (and without charging me any extra per month). I have a free garage and free high-speed internet, which a lot of places you have to pay for. It is generally quiet in this neighborhood, and my apartment even faces the "busy" street. There is no loud music or loud parties. The parking lot is well lit and I can always find a place to park, no matter what time I get home. Before I moved in I talked to the Appleton police to see if it was a high crime area, and they said there were only 5 reports in the two years prior to my moving in, and most of them were for noise. The police also told me that the landlord, Nancy, gives talks to other landlords and has won an award for running such a wonderful apartment community. Overall, it is a very friendly atmosphere. I have met some nice neighbors and we all look out for each other. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
