Marty Hudson of CPL Locating Services will gladly take your money, email a contract explaining the services his company will provide, and once he gets your money, you will never hear from him again. It doesn't matter how many messages you leave via phone or email. He won't answer them! Oh and of course, he provides NO service! STAY AWAY FROM CPL LOCATING SERVICES INC. IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO WASTE, or in my case, have stolen from you!
