Businiess name:  Blue Anchor British Pub
Review by:  Amanda S.
Review content:
This pub was moved over from England piece by piece, and is a great place to meet friends for drinks or dinner. You just feel like you've stepped back in time (and across the ocean). You can't go wrong with the fish and chips, shepherd's pie, or the balmoral steaks (twin filet mignons with a creamy mushroom sauce). That one is my favorite. But they have bar foods as well if you just need a snack. As well as a large beer selection for bottled, this place has some hand pulled beers as well. Two downsides: no dart board, and horrible bands. Mad Cow please here often. You might think Mad Cow would play some British tunes but you'd be wrong. They play bad covers of American music. Avoid the pub on these nights.
