Review content:
I called then in October requesting work done at the house. It took them 2 weeks to come out to the house for an estimate. They promised they could come back out the next week and get the job done. I'm STILL waiting for the job to be complete (today is Jan. 3rd).
They offered snowplow service, so I asked them to put me on the list. I also asked if they would shovel the walks. I was told they would. When we had the big snow about 2 weeks ago, they never showed up, though I called several times leaving messages. Luckily, the guy who plowed my neighbor's drive did mine as well. The next day I called the office again to confirm that I was off their snowplow list (since I now have someone else who will do it) and to find out when the rest of the work would be done. I was told I'd receive a call the next day. It's been another week and no call, but they did show up to plow 3 inches of snow.
Pros: Nice guys, when you can talk with them
Cons: Do not do what they promise
