Bixby is famous for all the sod farms it has... but most of them are way down in the boondocks.
The only one that's fairly close to Tulsa is Enterprise sod store. Theyr'e near 111th and Memorial, and there sod is about the same price as everyone elses. Similar quality too.
So if everything else is equal, these guys are convenient. You don't need a map and directions like "turn left at the pig farm" to find them. And if you're laying the sod yourself, it's just a little less time spent driving around.
